Shelly Nelson

My name is Shelly Nelson, and I am a Florida commissioned notary serving clients in and around Boca Raton, FL. With over 21 years as a Florida Realtor and extensive experience as a licensed title agent and closer, I bring a deep understanding of real estate and loan documents to every signing I handle.

Over the past decade, I have completed more than 250 signings, including refinances (standard, cash-out, and reverse), purchases of single-family and multi-family homes, commercial/industrial properties, and VA, FHA, and conventional loans. My background also includes short sale negotiation for Bank of America, mortgage experience, and executive support to top-producing realtors, which helps me keep transactions smooth, accurate, and on schedule.
