Sheri Griffin

I’m Sheri Griffin, a New Jersey licensed Notary Signing Agent based in Ewing, New Jersey. With 2 years of experience, I provide mobile notary and loan signing services through SheriSealsTheDealNotaryService.

I’m proficient with a variety of residential loan closings, including refinances, purchases, HELOCs, and settlements. I have worked with The Closing Exchange and Black Square Financial, and I follow the National Notary Association standards, the Notary Signing Agent Code of Conduct, and all New Jersey notary handbook guidelines.

I focus on punctual, careful, and respectful service. I record signers in my notary journal, complete scanbacks when requested, and ensure documents are handled for timely next-day delivery when closings are completed by 5:00 pm. I never rush signers, provide legal advice, or notarize unless I personally witness the signing.

I’m also comfortable working with seniors and individuals with disabilities, and I’m willing to meet clients in a location where they feel comfortable.
