Susan Greaves

I’m Susan Greaves, a Franklin, NJ notary public and real estate broker associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gross & Jansen, REALTORS. I bring long-standing experience in real estate and law-office settings, which helps me approach each signing with professionalism, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of important documents.

I assist clients with notary public services, loan signing appointments, and real estate documents, including transactions where accuracy and careful handling matter. My background allows me to work comfortably with buyers, sellers, agents, and local clients who need dependable support for time-sensitive paperwork.

I also help with retail notary needs in a friendly, practical way. Whether you are completing real estate forms or arranging a loan signing, my goal is to make the process smooth, respectful, and efficient from start to finish.
