Susana Landa

My name is Susana Landa, a California Notary Public based in Bakersfield and serving Kern County. I have been a notary since 2008 and full-time since 2011, and I am currently on my fifth commission (CA Commission #2497731, exp. 09/13/2028). I am Title Approved and Certified to handle all mortgage loan signings, including hybrid e-signings through Pavaso and Simplifile, with over 6,000 successful signings completed.

I work with individuals, attorneys, businesses, banks, title and escrow companies, signing services, hospitals, assisted living and rehab centers, and auto title loan companies. My experience includes real estate transactions (refinances, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, VA loans, seller/purchase packages, new construction loans, HELOCs, split signings, out-of-state and attorney-in-fact signings), estate planning packages, legal documents, and powers of attorney. I also offer courier services, translations and interpreting, document retrievals, DMV and auto loan signings, and field service inspections. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.
