Sybil Nixon

My name is Sybil Nixon, and I am a Professional Loan Signing Agent, Notary Public, and Process Server based in Stockton, California. I bring extensive experience from the accounting industry and a strong background in business operations, sales, income tax, purchasing, personal care, and property & casualty insurance. I am commissioned in California (Commission Nos. 2369003 and 2527301) and have been serving clients as a notary since 2017.

I hold both an MBA and a BA in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California, which helps me manage complex signings with accuracy, organization, and professionalism. Through my company, SLN Business Services, I provide reliable, detail-oriented support for loan signings and general notarial work, including hospital signings and time-sensitive requests.
