Sybil Shipley

My name is Sybil Shipley, and I am a North Carolina commissioned notary based in Southport (Commission #202005100299, exp. 02/17/2030). As the owner of Sena Enterprises LLC and an NNA-certified, insured Notary Signing Agent, I bring over 13 years of experience in real estate and title work to every appointment.

Originally from Maryland, I spent 10 years as a part owner of a Keller Williams office, where I practiced and taught real estate. I then became a licensed Title Insurance Agent, handling marketing and settlement closings. Since 2012, I have conducted a wide range of signings, including refinances, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages, and I’m known for calmly and professionally guiding clients through each step of the process.

• Experienced with loan signings, hospital signings, and jail signings
• Equipped with laser printer, mobile hotspot, and e-sign capabilities
• Reliable, well-prepared, and focused on quick turnaround and professional etiquette

I proudly serve Brunswick, New Hanover, Pender, and surrounding counties.
