Sylvia Brantley

I’m Sylvia Brantley, a Gary, IN-based mobile notary and field services provider with PrepDocs Notary & Field Services. I serve clients throughout Northwest Indiana with a professional, friendly approach and a focus on accurate, convenient document handling.

My background includes work as a licensed title producer and claim adjuster, which supports my attention to detail and understanding of time-sensitive paperwork. I assist with a range of notary and loan signing needs, including refinance signings, purchase loans, HELOC documents, and powers of attorney.

I offer mobile notary services for clients who need flexibility, as well as support for retail and field service assignments. My goal is to make each appointment smooth, organized, and respectful of your time while ensuring documents are completed with care.
