Tammy Hennessy

My name is Tammy Hennessy, owner of A Time To Sign LLC, and I am a commissioned Maryland Notary Public serving Perry Hall and the greater Baltimore County area. I bring over 12 years of notary experience, backed by more than a decade at Johns Hopkins as a pediatric radiologic technologist and 13+ years in the insurance industry focused on sales and customer service for both personal and business lines.

I am a Maryland-licensed insurance professional with lines of authority in Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Title, and I have specialized experience in Medicare Advantage care sales. I graduated at the top of my class from TESST College in Network Administration, which supports my ability to manage secure, efficient, and technology-driven signings.

I am a certified member of the National Notary Association (through 10/31/2023) and fully vetted with Snapdocs. I offer modern signing support with email, internet access, a laser printer, mobile hotspot, and e-sign capabilities.
