Tarsha D. Gaines

I am Tarsha D. Gaines, founder of Ambassador Notary Agency, a mobile notary and certified loan signing agent based in Antioch, California. I proudly serve clients throughout the Bay Area with precision, discretion, and efficiency. I am commissioned in California, with my current notary commission expiring May 30, 2027, and I am bonded and insured.

With more than 10 years as a notary public and over 12 years of experience as a commercial loan administrator for a large banking institution, I bring professionalism and attention to detail to every appointment. I assist individuals, businesses, law firms, real estate professionals, and title companies with documents such as powers of attorney, living trusts, legal or financial affidavits, business forms, contracts, bill of sale or car title documents, and parental consent for travel.

I am your trusted ambassador for every notarization.
