Teresa Love

My name is Teresa Love, and I am a Colorado commissioned Notary Public based in Colorado Springs, CO. I bring over 20 years of experience as an escrow officer, handling a wide range of real estate closings and transaction types with accuracy and professionalism.

I am EscrowTab-enabled and equipped to support modern, technology-driven closings while maintaining a smooth, secure signing experience. My background in escrow gives me a strong understanding of the full closing process, allowing me to anticipate needs, explain documents clearly, and help ensure each signing is completed correctly the first time.

Availability: I am currently available for appointments from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday, and I offer mobile notary services for added convenience.
