Teresa Rebekah Spence

My name is Teresa Rebekah Spence, and I am a licensed General Notary for the State of Alabama based in Jackson, AL. I bring 12 years of notary experience and over a decade of work in a legal office, where I prepared and notarized a wide range of legal documents. I am commissioned in Alabama through August 2026.

In 2022, I became a Certified Notary Signing Agent through the NNA and am bonded with E&O insurance. I own and operate South Alabamas Notary Agency & Services, LLC, where I focus on delivering accurate, timely, and professional notarial services.

My office is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, an iPhone, iPad, laptop, and a dual-tray laser printer with copy and scanning capabilities to handle both electronic and paper-based signings efficiently. In late 2023, I completed an inspection course and now subcontract residential and commercial inspections across three states on a daily basis.
