My name is Terrence Spencer, and I am a Maryland notary and attorney based in Gaithersburg, MD. Through my company, Key Solutions Notary Services, I provide reliable, detail-focused notarization and signing support tailored to each client’s needs. I draw on my legal background to help ensure documents are executed correctly and in compliance with Maryland requirements.

I offer both traditional and technology-forward options, including remote online notarization (RON), EscrowTab IPEN, and secure e-sign services. I am equipped with mobile hotspot, fax, email, and full internet capabilities to keep your transactions moving smoothly wherever you are. I also handle hospital signings and perform weddings, providing flexible scheduling and professional service.

Whether you need a loan package completed as a certified signing agent, a remote closing, or an in-person ceremony, I focus on accuracy, convenience, and a positive client experience from start to finish.
