Thelma Perry

My name is Thelma Perry, and I am a full-time, NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent and Fidelity-approved notary based in Ypsilanti, Michigan. With over 19 years of experience, I have successfully completed more than 5,000 notarizations, including Michigan residential and commercial mortgage documents, structured settlements, automobile purchases, and powers of attorney.

I routinely handle refinances for primary, secondary, commercial, and investment properties, HELOCs, buyer/seller packages, RESPA, VA, FHA, reverse mortgages, and loan modifications. As an independent contractor, I am well organized, honest, and reliable, with a strong track record of accurate signings and prompt document return. I follow all closing instructions carefully and am available seven days a week.

T.M. Perry, LLC - Mobile Notary Public is equipped with a laser printer, mobile hotspot, fax, email, internet access, and supports e-sign and hospital signings. I maintain ongoing professional relationships with major title companies and signing services and complete an annual NNA background check. I am a proud member of the National Notary Association, American Association of Notaries, Notary Cafe, and NotaryRotary.
