Thereza Hurtado

My name is Thereza Hurtado, owner of Phoenix Notary On Demand, a Florida commissioned mobile notary based in Winter Park and serving clients throughout Orange and Seminole Counties. I am licensed in Florida (Commission HH513360, exp. 04/08/2028) and provide reliable, professional service wherever you need me—home, office, hospital, or nursing facility.

As a Notary Signing Agent, I handle seller, buyer, refinance, and HELOC closings, as well as general notarizations and hospital signings. I am punctual, well dressed, courteous, and especially patient with elderly clients, always maintaining a calm and professional demeanor, even in urgent or complex situations.

I use a dual-tray HP laser printer, scanner, and copier in my office, along with a dependable Canon portable scanner on the go. I am a member of the NNA and LSS, offer flexible hours, and am actively expanding my skills to include fingerprinting services. My goal is to be your trusted, preferred certified notary.
