I’m Thomas with TRC Mobile Notary, a Brentwood, CA-based mobile notary service offering professional notarial support across East Contra Costa County. I provide convenient mobile appointments, including evening availability, to help clients complete important documents with less stress and more flexibility.

My services include loan signing appointments, estate document signings, witness coordination, and scan-back support when needed. Whether I’m meeting clients at a home, office, or another agreed location, I focus on being prepared, punctual, and attentive to the details that help each signing move smoothly.

I enjoy helping individuals, families, and professionals handle time-sensitive documents in a friendly and reliable way, with service tailored to the needs of each appointment.
