Thomas James Goff

My name is Thomas James Goff, and I am a commissioned Minnesota Notary Public and certified signing agent based in Pillager, MN. After refinancing my own home in 2010, I launched T And K Signing Service from my home office, where I focus on providing accurate, reliable, and efficient mobile notary and loan signing services.

Since 2010, I have successfully completed more than 1,500 signings, including conventional refinances, purchases, loan modifications, VA loans, and reverse mortgages for major lenders such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, U.S. Bank, EverBank, and many others. I am also experienced with powers of attorney and trust documents. I maintain working relationships with over one hundred signing agencies and title companies.

I am background screened by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and am a member of the National Notary Association. I am organized, detail-oriented, and fully equipped to handle your signings promptly and professionally.
