I’m Tim Lehman, a public notary and Realtor serving Iowa City, IA and the surrounding Iowa City area. Through my work with EDGE Realty Group, I bring a practical understanding of real estate transactions and the importance of careful, professional document handling.

I assist clients who need notary support for real estate documents and other notarial needs, with a focus on being approachable, detail-oriented, and dependable. My background in real estate helps me understand how important timing, accuracy, and clear communication can be when documents are part of a larger transaction.
