I’m Timothy Cornell, owner of MONOPU, a mobile notary public service supporting clients throughout the Greater Northwest Oregon region. I bring professional notarization directly to homes, offices, and other convenient meeting locations, helping make the process simple, secure, and easier to fit into a busy schedule.

I am a State of Oregon Commissioned Notary Public, an ASN Certified Notary Signing Agent, and also hold a notary license in Washington. My services include notarizing legal forms, wills, real estate documents, affidavits, loan documents, contracts, and other important paperwork.

I focus on being professional, punctual, and reliable, with careful attention to each signing. In addition to mobile notary work, I also offer marriage ceremony services for clients who need a notary with that capability.
