Timothy Fritz

My name is Timothy Fritz, and I am a Colorado notary based in Loveland, CO, proudly serving clients through Colorado Closing Specialists. As a former legislator for the State of Colorado, I bring a deep understanding of state policy, regulations, and public service to every signing I handle.

I consider my role to be an extension of the title company and any contracting entities I represent, working as a seamless part of your team. My focus is on professionalism, accuracy, and clear communication so that all parties feel informed and confident throughout the process.

I truly enjoy making each signing a positive and efficient experience. Whether you are a first-time signer or a seasoned industry professional, I strive to provide service that reflects the highest standards in the industry while respecting your time and individual needs.
