My name is Tonia Smith and I have been a Mobile Notary since October 2020 and a Signing Agent since January 2021. I have completed both Notary and Loan Signing classes and am licensed in Washington and Oregon states. I am fully vaccinated, which has been comforting to many signers as we sign in their homes.
