I have over 29 years in the Real Estate industry in overseeing over hundreds of closings. I have recently had and passed a background check. I have $100,000.00 of Error and Omission insurance. I will travel up to 150 miles within my zip codes. In addition, I am an active licensed Realtor in Virginia since 1995. My experience in writing contracts and help walking my clients through the loan process, has made me detail oriented and familiar with the loan documents. My experience will ensure all the necessary forms will be properly signed, initialed and filled out (e.g., PCORs (preliminary change of Ownership reports)). Furthermore, as a license Real Estate agent, I am aware of time is of the essence will assure that all documents will be executed and delivered timely. I work directly with doing builders, banks, and title companies closing. Lastly, I have a mobile office, which I can do scan backs at the table, print from my dual tray laser printer in my car.
