My name is Traci Johnson, owner of Checklist Concierge Service, LLC in Cullman, Alabama. I am a commissioned Alabama notary (commission exp. 2/6/2027) with a strong background in business, education, and community service. I hold a B.S. in International Business with specializations in Spanish and Marketing from Auburn University, and I’ve served as a Human Resource Specialist, small business owner, and Marketing Director for United Way of Cullman County.

My experience includes 14 years teaching and mentoring at Wallace State Community College and four years as Office Manager at ERA Waldrop Real Estate, where I learned the inner workings of a real estate office. I bring that same care and attention to detail to every signing and client interaction.
