Tracy Spikes

My name is Tracy Spikes, and I am an NNA Certified and Background Screened, Fidelity-approved notary signing agent based in San Jacinto, California. I bring a strong business mindset to every assignment and understand that accuracy, professionalism, and communication are essential to a successful closing for all parties involved.

I pay close attention to critical documents such as PCORs, Notices of Right to Cancel, and 1003 forms to help ensure every package is complete and error-free. On the rare occasion an issue arises, I make myself immediately available to correct it and keep your transaction on track. I prioritize on-time document drop-offs and am very familiar with local FedEx locations to ensure prompt returns.

Key capabilities:

• Equipped with a laser printer for clear, professional loan packages
