Trina D. Chubb

Hello, I’m Trina D. Chubb, a Tennessee-licensed notary serving Chattanooga, Tennessee. I’m also a registered nurse at a local hospital, and that background shapes the way I approach notary work: with patience, care, professionalism, and respect for each person’s needs.

I enjoy helping people and bring a family-oriented, friendly approach to every appointment. I offer mobile notary services and can assist with a range of important documents, including powers of attorney, living trusts, legal or financial affidavits, business forms or contracts, bill of sale or car title documents, parental consent for travel, and apostille services.

My Tennessee notary commission is active through April 13, 2027. I’m committed to providing dependable service and a smooth signing experience for individuals, families, and local businesses.
