Trina D.

Hello, I’m Trina D., owner of Trina D. Signing Services, a mobile notary business based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I am a commissioned North Carolina Notary Public (commission #202426700247, exp. 09/22/2029) and a certified Loan Signing Agent, proudly serving Forsyth County, the Triad, and surrounding areas.

With over 10 years of customer service and administrative experience, I bring strong communication, organization, and attention to detail to every appointment. I routinely handle sensitive documents from legal, real estate, clinical research, and community-focused settings, always maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a calm, professional presence.

As an NNA Certified, background-screened, and E&O insured notary, I provide flexible, mobile services tailored to each client’s needs, including:

• Loan signings: refinances, buyer/seller packages, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages
• General notary work, hospital signings, and jail signings
• Interior/exterior drive-by and drop-off inspections with photo-documented reports

I’m equipped with email, internet, and a mobile hotspot to ensure smooth, efficient signings wherever you are.
