Valerie J Ellerd

My name is Valerie J. Ellerd, and I own Scripted Notary, serving Princeton and the greater DFW metroplex in Texas. With over 10 years of experience and certification as a Notary Signing Agent, I specialize in home loan closings and related real estate documents. I provide both traditional in-person notarizations and certified online electronic notary services, and I am E&O insured, bonded, and current on my NSA-level background check.

I offer flexible scheduling, including mobile services with advance notice throughout the DFW area. Whether you need a single document notarized or support with a full loan package, I focus on accuracy, professionalism, and a smooth signing experience.
