My name is Valli Sears-Jones, also known as “VSJ”. I am a Texas commissioned Notary Public and NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent based in Prosper, TX, and I bring the added perspective of being a licensed REALTOR®. This combined experience allows me to guide clients through real estate and loan documents with clarity, patience, and professionalism.

I am highly knowledgeable in TRID regulations and a wide range of loan products, including FHA, VA, reverse mortgages, conventional loans, and residential purchases, sales, and refinances.
