My name is Verna McCarty, and I am a commissioned Texas Notary Public based in Houston, TX (Commission #7971607, exp. 05/11/2026). After 13 years with an oil and gas company, I transitioned into working for myself and have now been a notary for about 20 years. Shortly after leaving my corporate position in 2009, I obtained my Certified Signing Agent credentials to focus on loan signings and real estate transactions.
