Vernita Davis

My name is Dr. Vernita Davis, owner of Davis Property Management Group and a commissioned Maryland notary based in Stoney Beach, MD, serving the greater Baltimore and DMV area. I bring over 20 years of experience managing and reviewing highly complex documents and policies, and I apply that same attention to detail to every notarization.

I provide both electronic and in-person notary services, including loan signings and a wide range of general notarizations. Your information is handled with strict confidentiality and security, supported by encrypted email, up-to-date virus protection on all devices, and secure storage for loan-related documents.

I carefully follow all instructions, treat each signing as unique, and take pride in offering prompt, efficient, and professional service. I provide same-day appointments on most days in the Baltimore area, maintain competitive pricing, and carry E&O insurance for your peace of mind. I look forward to assisting with your notary needs.
