Victoria Joan McMichael

My name is Victoria Joan McMichael, and I am a mobile notary with All Star Mobile Notary Service, proudly serving Santa Barbara, California and surrounding areas. As a fourth-generation local with more than 35 years of hands-on experience in the title and escrow industry, I bring deep knowledge and a calm, professional presence to every signing.

I am commissioned in California through August 2026 and hold professional designations as a Certified Senior Escrow Officer and Certified Escrow Instructor with the California Escrow Association. I primarily serve local and national title insurers, escrow offices, private bankers, lenders, attorneys, financial advisors, and realtors, always with a focus on safety, confidentiality, and an extraordinary client experience.

I am deeply committed to my community and to serving others, including providing no-cost notary services for patients of Hospice of Santa Barbara and ministry to the sick and homebound since 2011. Special arrangements are available for out-of-area signings, high-profile clients, and unique circumstances, all by appointment only.
