Vienna Peterson

Hello, I’m Vienna Peterson, an Illinois-licensed notary based in Elgin, Illinois. I am an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent with more than 10 years of experience notarizing documents and conducting loan signings. I provide mobile notary services and am bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to support a wide range of clients with clear communication and professionalism.

In addition to my notary background, I have owned and operated my own insurance business for the past 15 years. That experience has strengthened my attention to detail, client service, and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. I understand the importance of confidentiality, punctuality, accuracy, and a smooth signing experience. My goal is to complete every appointment efficiently, correctly, and with the highest level of care.
