Virgil Houston Davis

My name is Virgil Houston Davis, and I am a commissioned Notary Public serving Owings Mills, Maryland and the surrounding communities. I am licensed in the State of Maryland, with my current commission active through October 14, 2026. I take pride in providing professional, detail-oriented notary services and creating a smooth, efficient experience for every signer.

I am committed to upholding Maryland’s notarial laws and best practices, with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication. Whether you are signing important personal documents or handling business-related paperwork, I work carefully to verify identities, witness signatures, and complete notarial certificates correctly.

My goal is to make the notarization process straightforward and stress-free, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and reliability for each appointment.
