My name is Virginia Marques, and I am a full-time mobile notary and RON-certified signing agent based in Springfield, Oregon, serving the greater Eugene/Springfield area. Commissioned in Oregon (Notary #1024039, exp. 4/19/2026), I bring the experience of more than 4,000 completed notarizations to every appointment.

With a background as a licensed Realtor, I am especially knowledgeable and comfortable with a wide range of real estate and loan packages, including refinances, purchases, sales, reverse mortgages, and HELOCs. As the market has shifted, I’ve also handled increasing volumes of Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, Wills, I-9s, Apostilles, and many other document types.

I am punctual, pleasant to work with, and detail-oriented from the first contact through document return. I use a high-speed dual-tray laser printer and fast scanner for emailed documents, and I am equipped for e-signings, hospital signings, and other specialized assignments.
