I’m Walter L. Harvey of Alcove Notary, a South Carolina licensed notary serving clients with a punctual, dependable, and detail-focused approach. I bring strong real estate experience to every appointment, including 39 years as a Real Estate Broker and current broker licensing in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Hawaii. I have also previously held broker licenses in California and Texas and served as a Hawaii Real Estate Commissioner from 2009 to 2013.
