Wendy Haik

My name is Wendy Haik, and I am a Mississippi Notary Public and certified Notary Signing Agent through the National Notary Association, based in Perkinston, MS. Through my company, Haik Investigations, LLC, I provide dependable, accurate mobile notary and loan signing services throughout South Mississippi. I work closely with title companies, lenders, real estate professionals, and investors to ensure every signing is completed correctly, efficiently, and with strict confidentiality.

I offer flexible, on-location appointments at homes, offices, hospitals, jails, or other agreed meeting points, including urgent and after-hours requests. To support smooth, professional signings, I utilize secure email, fax, internet, a laser printer, and a mobile hotspot.

In addition to notarial work, I provide investigative and field support services, including:

• On-site field investigations, skip tracing, and locate services
• Mortgage occupancy verifications and property inspections
• Photo documentation, property condition reporting, and delivery of letters for delinquent accounts
