Wiatheda Spivey

My name is Wiatheda Spivey, owner of BCMD Signings to Go, LLC, and I am a commissioned Maryland Notary Public and licensed Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) based in Catonsville, MD. I have been a notary since 2018 and a TIPIC since 2019, serving Baltimore City and the counties of Baltimore, Carroll, Anne Arundel, and Howard.

I handle a wide range of real estate and loan signings, including refinances, purchases, seller packages, HELOCs, loan modifications, initial loan applications, and hybrid e-signings. I am approved by the State of Maryland to perform Remote Online Notarizations and also have experience with automotive signings, estate planning documents, travel documents for minors, Quit Claim Deeds, Form I-9s, and hospital signings.

I am a graduate of Carol Ray’s Notary2Pro program (Elite Certificate), a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent, and have completed multiple Maryland-specific notary courses, with ongoing training through the Loan Signing System.
