William Morwood

I’m William Morwood, a Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent with All Square Notary Services in Scottsdale, Arizona. I have been NNA certified since May 2018 and bring experience with mobile notarizations, loan signings, remote online notarization, IPEN, and hybrid closings.

I work with clients who need dependable support for real estate and lending documents, including buyer and seller transactions, refinances, HELOCs, and reverse mortgage signings. I also handle common notarial acts such as acknowledgements, jurats, copy certifications, oaths, and affirmations.

My goal is to make each appointment clear, professional, and convenient, whether the signing is completed in person, online, or through a hybrid process.
