Bradford Scott Kelly

I am Bradford Scott Kelly, a Virginia notary based in Manassas. I provide professional, friendly notarial support for individuals, families, and businesses who need important documents handled with care and attention to detail.

My services include mobile notarization, giving clients a convenient option when meeting at a suitable location is helpful. I can assist with a range of common notarization needs, including bill of sale or car title documents, business forms or contracts, legal or financial affidavits, living trusts, parental consent for travel, and powers of attorney.

I understand that many notarized documents are time-sensitive or connected to important personal, legal, financial, or business matters. My goal is to make the process clear, respectful, and efficient while following Virginia notary requirements.
