Carnesse Desravine

Hello, I’m Carnesse Desravine, a commissioned New York notary public based in Valley Stream and the owner of CD Notary Management Services. I’m dedicated to providing accurate, ethical, and efficient notarizations for personal, business, and legal documents, always with a focus on professionalism and respect.

As a mobile notary, I travel to clients throughout the area, offering flexible scheduling Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with weekend appointments available upon request. I also speak Haitian Creole, allowing me to better serve members of the Haitian community who prefer to communicate in their native language.

My goal is to make the notarization process as smooth and convenient as possible while maintaining the highest standards of integrity. When you need a dependable New York notary in the Valley Stream area, you can count on me to handle your documents with care and precision.
