Joseph Modifica

I am Joseph Modifica, a Hicksville, NY-based Notary Public for the State of New York and CPA. I provide professional, detail-oriented notary services with a focus on clear communication and reliable handling of each appointment. My background as a CPA supports a careful, organized approach when reviewing documents and completing notarial acts.

I am available to assist with common New York notary needs, including acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, and proofs. I also have retail service experience, which helps me work efficiently with individuals who need straightforward, friendly support. Whether you need a document acknowledged, an oath administered, or another permitted notarial act completed, I aim to make the process respectful, accurate, and easy to understand.
