Patricia M. Beausang

My name is Patricia M. Beausang, and I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Maine, based in Poland. I bring over 40 years of notarial experience and more than a decade as a professional signing agent. Over the course of my career, I have successfully completed more than 2,000 closings, always with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and a positive experience for all parties.

I handle a wide range of transactions, including refinance and reverse mortgages, sellers’ and buyers’ packages, auto loans, and debt consolidations. In addition, I conduct commercial inspections and, as a Maine Notary Public, I am authorized to perform wedding ceremonies. I am highly detail-oriented, professional, and committed to getting every signing done correctly and on time. As a retiree, I offer a very flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
