Samie Mannina

My name is Samie Mannina, and I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Florida and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker based in The Villages, FL. Since 2010, I have built extensive experience in real estate, with a strong focus on closing documents and a wide variety of notarizations. I have successfully completed more than 150 purchase and closing transactions, along with numerous other notarial acts.

My background includes handling deeds, trusts, transfers of ownership, reverse mortgages, refinances, debt consolidations, jurats, acknowledgments, and all types of real estate closings for buyers and sellers, including initial loan documents and quit claim transfers. I am certified by the National Notary Association (NNA), a Certified NNA Notary Signing Agent, and a Certified Loan Signing System (LSS) Signing Agent, and I am bonded and insured.

I provide prompt, professional, and detail-oriented service—whether you need a simple acknowledgment or a complex loan package expertly completed.
