Susan Marie Cobb-Adams

My name is Susan Marie Cobb-Adams, and I am a commissioned Notary Public based in Honaunau, Hawai‘i. I provide professional, detail-oriented notarization services while focusing on accuracy, clarity, and a smooth experience for every signer.

In addition to my notary commission in Hawai‘i, I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent. This dual background gives me a strong understanding of real estate and property-related documents, timelines, and the importance of properly executed paperwork. I bring that same care and diligence to all types of notarizations, whether they are real estate related or for your personal and business needs.

I strive to be reliable, punctual, and respectful of your time, and I work to ensure that each signing is completed correctly the first time. I look forward to assisting you with your notarial and real estate document needs in Honaunau and the surrounding communities.
